SALUTE TO VETERANS

Mount Airy Casio, Mt Pocono PA

During the weekend of November 7-8, Redball participated in a display of Military Vehicles on the grounds of the Mount Airy Casio. Tobyhanna Army Depot and other groups also took part of the event  which also included indoor events. Veteran supporting organizations benefited from the event including the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, the Fisher House at Walter Reed Hospital and Toys for Tots. Parade - Phillipsburg NJ

On November 8, members of Redball convoyed to Phillipsburg High School and participated in the parade through Phillipsburg. Mark Genowitz took the following picture of Helga, Sven & Eric Johnson in front of Sven's half-track:

Parade, Belvidere NJ

Area Schools Recognition Events

Some schools in our area had Veteran's Day recognition activities. One local Elementary School invited veterans to share their experiences with small groups of 4th & 5th grade students and to participate in an all-school auditorium activity.
